A few weeks ago, I finally got a bookcase. :D

I think there's something like 200 manga here... and right now I have 417 + my non-manga books. :p Still, it's way better than having all of my books in boxes. I got it when I went to the DMV a few weeks ago with my friend to get my new ID card (and her a new driver's license). It was only $20 as I got it from a thrift shop.

I've brought back HALENTI from the dead. :D Who even remembers this site of mine? Anyway, it's back on the old Geocities link, and I even updated it with 8 new songs. I was thinking about buying a domain for HALENTI and my other dead sites (Into the Light and my art site) but I don't know anything about domains, and I probably wouldn't use all the space. Yesterday M rented a hotel room for the night. (: He doesn't have a large enough bed in his apartment for us to comfortably spend the night there. Overall the day was very fun & adventurous. Before checking in at the hotel we went to Tomo Sushi (he wouldn't try any sushi, though ): ) and to two different Arcs, and the Citidel as well. I got a Gloomy Bear keychain, a few books, a few more Pokemon toys and a HK art set. I also got an acoustic guitar for my friend, T, because he had been looking for one.
I spent the night at T's house just a couple nights ago, actually. We went to Waffle House at midnight and played Super Smash Bros. Melee for like, 3 hours. :p And I let him rip my Morning Musume - ALL SINGLES CDs to his computer. That was an awesome night as well, especially since I haven't seen him in ages. M and I went to drop off the guitar we picked up for him last night and they got to meet each other. M told me that T is a pretty cool guy; I hope T feels the same about M. They seem to get along good enough.

On Xmas eve M may be picking me up after work (if I work). I'm going to his parents' house on Xmas. Hopefully that will go OK.

I'm pissed cause I ordered a couple things for M like, 3 weeks ago from this one site.... and no word or package from them. ): One of the things isn't on the website anymore.... so I don't know if it's out of stock or what. I ordered without signing up for an account, so I can't track the order. ):

I got Pokemon: FireRed last week, but I haven't played it yet. I'm at the Pokemon League on Diamond. I'm going to level up my Pokemon a bit more first, though. Unfortunately, most of my favorite Pokemon aren't in this game. ): I liked the first & second generation the best. There isn't a lot in this generation that I really like; most of them seem pretty unoriginal. My team currently is:

I should start training a couple more to go on my team.... after I choose which two. :S The fact that all my Pokemon are blue is a total coincidence. >D I'm waiting for my Riolu egg to hatch so I can train him, hopefully.

Anyway, M & I are going on a double date on Tues. with one of his co-workers and his girlfriend. (: Yays, I look forward to that. Though I always look forward to my dates with M. :p I burnt him a CD to give to him on Tuesday. Hopefully he likes it. We have a few of the same music tastes.

And hopefully we can go to see Enchanted soon. I really wanna see it. Hopefully it doesn't stink like Mr. Magorium did.

So, we went to Denver as planned. We didn't have a map so we didn't know where anything was. :p We finally went to a gas station and looked at a map of Denver and located the Cherry Creek mall, which S had suggested. Luckily M remembers directions well, because the map cost $8 so I wasn't about to buy it!

The malls here are better than that one though, I think. The Cherry Creek mall had a lot of stores, but only 3 that I was interested enough in to go into. The only things I bought were 2 manga books at Waldenbooks.

And hopefully I can go with S as well. I asked him if he'd like to come with us today. He said last night he'd like to, but he wasn't feeling too well today so he didn't come. ): I want to hit some of the Arc thrift stores up there. Thrift shopping is always fun. I didn't see any in the areas M & I drove though, but of course Denver is huge so there's like, 8 of them throughout the city I think.

This is a pretty fun game so far. (: I got it a few days ago. Didn't have time to play today, but it's fun so far.

The stuff my friend S was helping me sell on eBay all sold. (: I made $49 in all... well, actually only around $40 after S&H. But I got rid of some clothes that were too good to give away and I made some money.

Things are going good with M & I. I spent the night Friday. We drank Bacardi Gold with Grape Soda. It was pretty rank... mostly cause of the aftertaste. I hadn't thrown up in months. I didn't on Friday night, but Saturday morning.... about 1 & 1/2 hours after I was awake I hurled in the toilet. The vomit looked black too.... gross. There's still about half a bottle left of the rum, too. Yuck. M doesn't really drink. He barely drinks, and when he does it's slowly. I'm such a lush, haha.

We're planning on going to Denver on Tuesday. To where, specifically, I'm not sure, as I've only been there a handful of times. Hopefully we'll find somewhere cool.

PS: Mr. Magorium's Wonder Emporium is.... not very good. :( M didn't think it was that great either. And, judging by it's 5.7/10 rating on IMDB (currently), we're not alone.

Does anyone know where I can get a FTP program that's free?

All the ones I used to use, and the few I downloaded recently, all have 30 day trials. After that you have to pay or you can't use them anymore.

I've tries WS FTP, Cute FTP and Smart FTP.

I need a FTP program. .__.

On a side note, I'm going over to Matt's place in about 2 hours. (: I'm bringing some anime DVDs to watch with him since he hasn't really seen any anime yet. Maybe I can get him into it.

I got a ride home from work today, by this guy I knew from MySpace. >D I'm met 5 guys offline now that I initially knew from MySpace first. I'm really glad I haven't met any rapists/stalkers. :p Too bad I've only hung out once with 4 of them. But I see my friend Shane once a week now. And he's awesome.

We have this burger at Wendy's called the Jalapeño Cheddar Melt. It's good, but the melted cheese sauce stinks. It smells like Parmesan cheese & barf, haha.

Yumm.... it's 760 calories, by the way. But that isn't as bad as the Baconator.

Whee. I ate half a Baconator before, but I don't think I'd be able to eat an entire one.

I was playing Quake II last night. I haven't played it for years. I still suck, heh. But it's fun. When I'm not being ambushed, anyhow.

How long has it been since I've used this?? Forever... haha. I want to start using it again. Because someday I'll wish I had written stuff down before the memory has vanquished from my head. It's been so long that the process of relaying all that has happened since my last post would take forever, so how about I post as if I had not taken a "break."

Anyway, tonight my bf, Matt, took me out to dinner. I chose Red Robin so that's where we went. I had the Santa Fe burger, which was awesome. I actually finished all my food, too. Usually I can't consume the large quantity they give you at restaurants. Still didn't have any room for desserts... aw, well. He said next time we go out he's taking me to a place called Old Chicago. I've never been there, but I love food, and he said they have cheesecake. I haven't had cheesecake in a while.

Afterwards, we went to his place for a while to play video games (I brought my Wii). I showed him Zelda: Twilight Princess and Warioware, and then we played Wii Sports (the only 2 player game I had with me. ): ). Speaking of the Wii, I can't wait 'till Super Smash Bros. Brawl comes out (in Feb.)

I'm usually Marth in Super Smash Bros. Melee. (: Matt & I played SSBM on Tues... I'm still undefeated by him, haha. Super Mario Galaxy comes out on Mon. I will probably buy it, but I am much more anticipating the release of SSBB more.

And he bought me this nail cleaning kit. The guy that sold it to him was a really good salesman. He was in one of those stands that's in the middle of the hallway in the mall. He gave us a free sample of this salt that makes your hands shed the dead skin and makes them softer. He kept trying to sell it to us and Matt kept implying he couldn't afford it until finally the salesman told me "I'm going to have a man-to-man talk with him" so I stepped away. The salesman convinced him to buy it for me after all, hehe. But he knocked $40 off the price at least. (: It was funny because the salesman asked if we were married and if we were living together and stuff.

I can't wait for our next date, whenever that will be. Gotta wait until tomorrow to find out which days I have off next week. ):

another year gone by

It's not quite the new year yet and already I feel as if I've gone crazy sometime within the last year, ha ha. More than ever I'd like to disappear from the face of the earth sometimes. Online it's as if I already have, compared to when I had an interest in having a sort of social life.

Though some things luckily haven't changed much.

Same job
Same friends
Same hobbies give or take
Same desire to kill someone, ha.

But I finally bought a PS2 Friday night. Isn't that nice?

Sometimes I wish I could retain an interest for keeping a journal. Though maybe I spend too much time thinking about the past than the present or the future.

But still I can only wonder what will happen in 07. In February, if things go according to plan (do they ever?), H and I will be moving in to our own apartment together.

Maybe you'll see me here again.... maybe not. (:

So, last week I went to the mall with H and I got some new manga (and a few more online too):

and I got some new clothes from HT like that jacket that I'm wearing in my new profile pic (and the glasses are new too [: ). But we didn't get there until like 30min before the mall closed so I only had 5min @ HT cause we spent a while looking at the manga.

School starts next week I spose. I'm already working in the daytime now because of it. ]: Working at night was better. Some of my favourite people are in the night crew, and I liked sleeping until around 1PM.

Today I was off but my father made me get up early cause he made me go get an official ID. The only place that did it was far away and I had to wait in line like 4hrs. Some of the people who were there to get a driver's license were there 6hrs+. There was an Arc right by it so I went there for a while but I didn't look through the clothes or books (but I got a big bag of plushies~) cause my dad hates shopping and was complaining to me. We also went to this place called Greek Grille but it wasn't that great.

And I updated HALENTI recently. I think maybe I'll start taking requests soon. Since most people who used to go to my site never were able to find the new link I guess, it almost gets no hits and I never feel like uploading as much because of that. Maybe I should so PIMP it somewhere hahaha.

Bad news; one of my harddrives fried and I lost practically all my music videos, half my music and several series I haven't watched yet or were almost done DLing. And the DSL hasn't worked all day and wasn't working right last night either.

Good news; I bought Vol 1 of Ranma 1/2 today for 34c at a thrift store >D cause H changed the price tag for me and that color was also half off. or else it'd be like $2, which is still better than $10.

I was surprised I found any manga since I've never found any before. Just lots of Pokemon VHS's, children's books & backpacks. And some other random VHS's. And a DBZ poster. Too bad I can't ever find more. And I'll probably never buy the rest of the volumes since there's so many. ~__~ And I'm in the process right now of copying everything over from discs onto my new harddrive. And whenever the internet works again I have to DL stuff.
